McDonald's McResource Line is a professional, confidential 800 # that employees and their families can call to get assistance in time of need. Including family and marriage crisis, depression, anxiety, abuse, guidance, and other personal problems.

We offer a savings card known as a Gold Card. After 30 days of employment you will receive your Gold Card which will allow you to save money on many name brand products!

We offer health, dental, and vision insurance for all levels of employment.

You will receive half price meals on your break.

Each one of our restaurants has an evening were employees can get half price meals for their family up to $30.00

We provide our employees with free shirts, hats, and name tags. Employees are responsible for purchasing their own black slacks.

We expect each one of our employees to wear slip resistent shoes. To help with this cost we give each employee who brings in their receipt as proof they purchased shoes a $10.00 gift card. Slip resistent shoes can be purchased at many local retailers.

We have an employee referral bonus program. If you have a friend who is hired to work in our organization you could receive a $50.00 REFERRAL BONUS. We have other Bonus programs associated with your rank in the organization. There are many opportunities to earn extra cash while working at McDonald's.

We have an on going training program for our new employees. Beginning with your first day on the floor you will receive shoulder to shoulder training until you are able to work alone. Further more we have training for our shift leaders, shift managers, and store managers. These classes go over daily shift control, quality,service, and cleanliness at the restaurant level. We believe that training is a continual process at McDonald's. There are many promotion opportunities here and with excellent job performance you could be asked to attend these classes and move your way to the top!
