  We offer a savings card known as a Gold Card. After 30 days of employment you will receive your Gold Card which will allow you to save money on many name brand products!

• Uniforms Provided

  We provide our employees with free shirts, hats, and name tags. Employees are responsible for purchasing their own black slacks.

• Slip Resistance Shoe Allowance

  We expect each one of our employees to wear slip resistant shoes. To help with this cost we give each employee who brings in their receipt as proof they purchased shoes a $10.00 gift card. Slip resistant shoes can be purchased at many local retailers. (Clogs are not allowed)

• Paid Training

  We have an on going training program for our new employees. Beginning with your first day on the floor you will receive shoulder to shoulder training until you are able to work alone. Further more we have training for our shift leaders, shift managers, and store managers. These classes go over daily shift control, quality,service, and cleanliness at the restaurant level. We believe that training is a continual process at McDonald's. There are many promotion opportunities here and with excellent job performance you could be asked to attend these classes and move your way to the top!
