We have an employee referral bonus program. If you have a friend who is hired to work in our organization, you could receive a $50.00 REFERRAL BONUS. We also have Mystery Shop Bonus program. We have an on going training program for our new employees. We start to train them with daily forms and follow up for our management team. This takes place right after the first orientation day with shoulder to shoulder training, and continues until the employee can work alone. Further more we have training for our shift leaders, shift manager, and Salary Managers. These classes go over daily shift control, quality,service, and cleanliness at the restaurant level. There are many classes and depending on work performance employees are selected to move forward.

A 30 day review is given to all new employees. We also give reviews on a regular basis depending on work performance and completetion of the SOC training program.
