You will have the opportunity to earn a pay increase within 60 days of starting and then have the opportunity to receive a wage increase every 6 months after. Our best performers are also submitted for out of cycle increases to reward job performance.

You will receive half price food on your breaks and coffee, soft drinks, or tea are free. You will also be eligible to get your food for half price on your off duty hours if you work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

There is no expense for you to buy uniforms, they are provided free of charge.

We allow you flexibility in your work schedule. You can set up an availability that fits in with your school, family, other job, or outside activity demands.

We offer full time positions up to 40 hours per week or part-time positions. Work as much or as little as you would like.

Qualified performers have the opportunity to advance to any of the following positions: Crew Trainer, Shift Leader, Swing Manager, Assistant Manager, General Manager, or Primary Maintenance. All of our current leadership started as crew members including the Owners.

Crew members who are working during a high scoring Mystery Shop earns cash bonus.
