• Pay For Performance

  You will have the opportunity to earn a pay increase within 60 days of starting and then have the opportunity to receive a wage increase every 6 months after. Our best performers are also submitted for out of cycle increases to reward job performance.

  You will receive a free meal on your breaks for everyday that you arrive on time for work and in complete McDonald's uniform. You will also receive a 10% discount on any food purchased at any Enid McDonald's on any visit.

  Qualified performers have the opportunity to advance to any of the following positions: Crew Trainer, Shift Leader, Swing Manager, Assistant Manager, General Manager, or Primary Maintenance. All of our current leadership started as crew members including the Owners.
