• Competitive Pay

  Wages starting $6.00 to $10.00 per hour. At McDonald's we strive to be a leader in employment opportunities for each of the communities we serve.

  Medical, dental, and vision health insurance are available. As low as $8.95 weekly for employee only.

  Employees will receive a free meal during an 8 hour shift.

  Each employee receives 2 free uniforms.

• Referral Bonus

  A $25 bonus will be paid to anyone who recruits and refers someone into a crew position with one of our McDonald's. To be eligible for the bonus, the referred employee must work at an acceptable level for 30 days.

• Advancement Opportunities

  Many opportunities exist for diligent, hard workers including crew trainer, shift manager, or salaried manager. Our primary source of recruitment is from within our existing pool of employees.

• Vacation

  Shift Managers are entititled to 1 week of paid vacation after 1 year and completion of BSM.

• Insurance

  Medical, dental, and vision insurance is available with employee/employer contributions.

  A cafeteria plan is available for you to invest in from June to May. The money can be reimbursed to you at any time after the occurance of a medical, dental or vision expense.
