Employees will receive a free meal during an 8 hour shift.

Each employee receives 2 free uniforms.

A $25 bonus will be paid to anyone who recruits and refers someone into a crew position with one of our McDonald's. To be eligible for the bonus, the referred employee must work at an acceptable level for 30 days.

Many opportunities exist for diligent, hard workers including crew trainer, shift manager, or salaried manager. Our primary source of recruitment is from within our existing pool of employees.

All benefits that the crew are entitled to are included in addition to the list below.

Shift Managers are entititled to 1 week of paid vacation after 1 year and completion of BSM.

Medical, dental, and vision insurance is available with employee/employer contributions.

A cafeteria plan is available for you to invest in from June to May. The money can be reimbursed to you at any time after the occurance of a medical, dental or vision expense.

McDonald's Stock Purchase Options are available through payroll deduction.
