  Hourly rates start at $7.25 per hour. Performance reviews are given after the first month and every 3-4 months after.

  There is a $25 bonus for you and the new hire one month later if both are still employed. You can be paid for the first 3 months that you are employed. This amount doubles to $50 for full time day help, that's $50 each month for 3 months. We must know at the time of the interview if recruited by a current employee. Full time is 32 hours or more a week.
