Assistant Manager
Hours: full time
Pay: $24,500 to $32,000
Description: If you have Quick Service Restaurant experience please come and talk with the best! We are locally owned and operated and encourage professional growth. As a management team member, you'll play an important role in all areas of the business. This includes restaurant operations, customer satisfaction, employee relations, shift management, profit & loss management and team building. We are looking for someone who practices human relation skills. You will be required to perform all crew functions, train people on all crew functions, supervise and maintain critical standards during the shift, and handle customer comments with good customer relations. Enforce all appropriate personnel policies and labor laws.

Description: A shift manager is paid hourly and has a flexible schedule. You will assist in running the day to day operations of the restaurant. As a member of the management team you will be trained in all crew positions and administrative duties. If you are looking for a career in restaurant management this is the place to start.
